Four trades
Everything outside
the walls.
Listed ground-up, the way a property actually gets built. Each layer depends on the one beneath it — which is the whole reason they belong to one crew.
Moving the ground so everything above it works.
Excavation & Grading
Northern Kentucky sits on heavy clay, and most yard problems start underneath. We grade slopes, cut swales, trench and set drainage, prep building pads, and shape driveways and lots. Water is the thing that quietly ruins patios, walls and foundations, so it is the first thing we look at.
- Site prep and building pads
- Grading and slope correction
- Drainage, swales and French drains
- Trenching and utility runs
- Driveway and gravel lot work
- Dirt hauling, fill and topsoil
The stone that gives a yard its shape.
Hardscaping
Paver patios, retaining walls, walkways, steps and fire pits — the permanent structure of an outdoor space. Because we do our own excavation, the base under your patio gets built properly instead of being someone else's problem.
- Paver and flagstone patios
- Retaining and seating walls
- Walkways and garden steps
- Fire pits and outdoor living areas
- Proper compacted base and drainage
- Failing-wall rebuilds
What grows, and keeping it that way.
Landscaping & Lawn Care
Bed design and planting, mulch, seeding and sod, cleanups, and regular mowing and maintenance. One-time transformations and season-long contracts both — a yard is not finished when the crew leaves, it is finished when it still looks right in August.
- Landscape design and installation
- Bed work, mulch and edging
- Seeding, sod and lawn renovation
- Mowing and seasonal maintenance
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Tree, shrub and perennial planting
The built work that finishes the property.
General Contracting
Decks, concrete, fencing, outbuildings and the structural work that usually means calling somebody else. Keeping it under one crew means one schedule, one point of contact, and nobody blaming the last trade that was on site.
- Decks and porches
- Concrete flatwork and footers
- Fencing and gates
- Sheds and outbuildings
- Property repairs and demolition
- Coordinated multi-trade projects
Not sure which one you need?
Most jobs are more than one. Describe the problem and we will tell you what it actually takes — including when the answer is that you do not need us yet.
