Who we are
Barth Contracting LLC
We are a Kentucky LLC based in Independence, working for homeowners across Kenton, Boone and Campbell counties.
Most outdoor contractors pick a lane. A lawn service mows. An excavator digs. A deck builder builds. When a project touches more than one of those — and most real projects do — the homeowner ends up as the general contractor, chasing three schedules and refereeing whose fault the drainage is.
We run all four trades ourselves: excavation and grading, hardscaping, landscaping and lawn care, and general contracting. One crew, one schedule, one person to call. If the patio needs the grade fixed first, that is not a change order and a new contractor — it is Tuesday.

Look underneath first
INorthern Kentucky clay moves water badly. We check grade and drainage before quoting anything decorative, because a beautiful patio on a bad base is a callback with a countdown on it.
Say what it actually takes
IIIf a job needs more than you were hoping, you will hear it at the estimate, not halfway through. And if you do not need us yet, we will say that too.
Finish the property
IIIA yard is not done when the crew leaves. It is done when it still looks right in August — which is why maintenance is one of the four trades, not an afterthought.
